Ideas are cheap. Execution is not. Do you actually have the abilities and capabilities to build a PROFITABLE business from your idea?

We want you to succeed. This is another very important pillar that many new founders take on half-focused. No, no one else is going to do the dirty work. If you think that is the case, please go back to your desk job. 

  • You will need to check off that you can manage all of the procedural design and development work.

  • You can either do the work yourself, or you have the ability to manage trusted others to help you out.

  • You have the process laid out so you can see what needs to be taken care of for your value proposition to actually come to life! 

  • You have assessed how your offer will get into the hands of your target audience. And before it gets to their hands, the pathway to their minds and desire to buy you.

  • You need to have a fine tooth comb when considering what all this will cost. You must be realistic and dig in to know all the costs (major, minor and hidden) that it will take to go from zero to satisfied customer.

  • You need to know how much your offer will cost per unit and be able to put a price on it that provides enough margin for you to eventually sell enough to make a profit.

  • You need to know how you want to offer your product/ service in a way where your audience will be open to buying it Once? Multiple times? Straight transaction? Subscription?
